Come learn and practice the basic skills used in a molecular biology laboratory!
In this one-day hands-on workshop, students will learn some basic skills needed in a biotechnology laboratory with an emphasis on sterile technique, measuring reagents, making solutions, using pH meters, pouring agar plates and aliquoting liquid reagents.
The registration opens up 30 days before each workshop. If you are admitted, you will be notified by email the week before workshop. All admitted students should answer the "Safety Quiz" at least 3 days before the workshop. If you need to cancel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Students on wait-list will be contact by email if spot opens up.

Microbiology project will take place on Saturdays Oct 29, Nov 5, Nov 19 at Fullerton College. See schedule below for details. One person from each research team will also need to come on Monday or Wednesday or Friday afternoon to take photos.
